Want to host a Trade Display?
Non-Sponsor Trade Display
Three Days: $2000
One Day: $800
Each Trade Display will be entitled to one FREE entry to the conference, to enable hosting of their display for the duration of the event.
Trade Display Location
Trade Displays will be located directly outside the main plenary, level 1 of the hotel.
Each trade space is allocated individually.
Trade Display Size
Each Trade Display will be provided with x1 standard 6ft trestle table, x1 tablecloth, and power access upon request.
There will be additional costs to display companies if booths are required rather than trade trestle tables.
Set up Times
Thursday 22 June | 7am to 9am
Friday 23 June | before 8.00am
Saturday 24 June | before 8.00am
Bump Out Times
Thursday 22 June | May leave display set up for next day
Friday 23 June | May leave display set up for next day
Saturday 24 June | by 3pm
